At Avoca Sands and Naudec Coffee, coffee comes first. Behind every cup we serve is a story of origin, people and craft.

Our goals are simple

• to seek out interesting and delicous coffees
• To source them in a way that ensures the people who grow it benefit just as much as we do drinking it
• To roast in a way that highlights the hard work done at farm level, never masking what makes each coffee unique

We roast under our own label, Naudec coffee Roasters, every roast is our way of celebrating the farmers effort and bringing you the most honest expression of their work

How do we source our coffee?

We work with Caravela for coffees from Latin America and Condesa Co.Lab for coffees from Africa and Brazil. They give us clear information about where our coffees come from and the people who grew them. We taste what’s available, choose coffees we love drinking, and roast them here on the Central Coast.
