Crafted as our signature house espresso, this seasonal blend is designed to be approachable yet full of character. It performs beautifully both black and with milk, offering sweetness, structure, and a smooth finish.

Produced by ~300 smallholder farmers near the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve.

Process: Fully washed, 20–24 hour fermentation.
